There are certain eligibility criteria which is required in order to attain Canada Immigration. Based on the application, a score is evaluated in which the individual will need to obtain a minimum score of 67 out of the total score of 100. Following are the list of credentials:
Age: Not more than 47 years. Maximum points are awarded(12points) for applicants between              the ages of 18 and 35.
Education: Depending on the candidate’s qualification. Maximum point gained are 25.
Work Experience: A minimum of 12 months experience is required with the maximum points             allotted being 21.
Language: Based on listening, writing, speaking and reading can get the maximum point score of 24. These points are evaluated upon the International English Language Testing System (ILETS). The system requires a minimum score of 6 out of 10.
Various other criteria ranging from arranged employment and spouse to adaptability through which the applicant will be tallied a final score. 

The Canada immigration process also entails the applicant to submit several documents varying from ILETS result sheets, educational proofs, age proof, work experience certificates, character certification, PCC (police clearance certificate), etc.

Acquiring a Canada Immigration can be summed up with the overview of the procedure:

Get your ECA done: required to know the applicant’s education in comparison to the Canadian            standards.
ILETS language examination: an eligible score in the examination.
Submit the Express Entry application.
Calculate the CRS (comprehensive ranking score)
