1.       Determine your eligibility.

5.       Submit the required documentation

After receiving the invitation, you must submit the application together with all supporting documents within 90 days or your application will be denied.

c.        Evidence of Funds

d.       Marriage certificate

e.        Birth certificate

f.         Use of a representative form

g.        Common-law union form (if applicable)

h.       Certificate of Divorce (if applicable)

i.         Certificate of Death (if marital status is widowed)

j.         Certification for adoption

 

6.       Keep an eye out for press releases.

If all goes according to plan, you should have your Canada PR within 6 months.
